App still broken and plauged with terrible design choices. First the 'Deny Reasons Refresh' infinite load bug that can only be resolved by uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Had 50 guys logged in, forget it, they are now gone off your list, like the device is storing the information locally on your device, not a server where it can be retrieved. Considering the massive amount in fees you get from the RIW subscription service, is it too hard to ask that you reinvest some to rectify this .

Very poor app, keeps freezing, lately have to swipe my card to re-enter app if I stop using it for a few minutes. At least once a week have to uninstall and redownload to refresh

Crashed again 19/4 afterrecent.Crashed again today, yet another reinstall, no option to report fault. Failed again during work 18-1-21, lost team unable to logout. Unreliable and no feedback. Crashed again and had to reinstall 2/2/21. Would be nice to get feedback and a fix. Crashed again 16/2/21. Nil feedback or ability to report using app. Crashed again 3/3/21 at end of shift. Why does no one provide feedback. Riw crash reinstall 20/3/21. No feedback from RIW, no room to log more crashes here
